Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) - Paste

Polyvinyl chloride, commonly known as PVC is the third most popular polymer after polypropylene and polyethylene. PVC is an industrial grade plastic whose low cost, chemical resistance and versatility make it the preferred material for widespread use building, transport, packaging, healthcare, electrical, and electronic industries.

Properties:
PVC offers the following advantages:
Weatherproof: PVC is resistant to aggressive environmental factors is therefore suitable for roofing
Versatile: PVC can be flexible or rigid, clear or colored. It is compatible with different kinds of additives
Ignition resistant: PVC is resistant to ignition due to its chlorine content
Longevity: PVC products can last up to 100 years and even more
Hygiene: PVC is the material of choice for medical applications, particularly blood and plasma storage containers
Impervious: PVC can be made impervious to liquids, vapours and gases
Recyclability: PVC is more recyclable than many other plastics
Cost efficiency: PVC is the cheapest of large-tonnage polymers providing many products with the best quality-price ratio.

Product Families: It is used for its excellent foaming as well as mechanical properties, low viscosity, high transparency and tensile strength, and low-temperature fusibility.

Applications:
Conveyor belt, soft toys, wallpaper, tarpaulin, sealants
Gloves, synthetic leathers, flooring foaming layers
Rotation molding, general-purpose coating agent
